We are building a model for school leadership development which, we hope, will help school leaders be better prepared for handling the complexity and types of problems that they are responsible for.
As part of our efforts, we want to understand these problems from perspective of school leaders themselves.
Taking part in the survey will help us in several ways:
- It will help us to understand the prevalence of different types of problems in different leadership roles.
- It will help us to design resources and tools that better reflect what challenges leaders face.
- It will inform our research into school leader decision making and the types of responsibilities that you face,
Your participation will help us achieve our end goal, which is the the creation of leadership development curriculum and resources that will be available free of charge via this platform for any school/educational organisation to use.
